President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Silverman has been President and Chief Executive Officer of SOS for the past 32 years. He attended the University of Maryland, John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Backster School of Lie Detection. He is a licensed Private Investigator, Certified Polygraph Examiner, and Certified Protection Professional. Since 1986, Mr. Silverman has been a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, International Security Management Association, World President’s Organization and the National Council of Investigation and Security Services. He is also former chapter chairman of New Jersey’s Young Presidents Association. |

Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Frank has been the Executive Vice President and
General Counsel of SOS for the past 23 years. Prior to SOS, Mr.
Frank was an associate and partner, respectively in
two mid-town Manhattan, New York law firms. Mr. Frank
graduated from the University of Connecticut with a
BA Degree and earned a JD Degree from Loyola University
School of Law. He is a member of the New York and New
Jersey Bar, a licensed Private Investigator, Member
of American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and Former
PBA Attorney. |

Mr. Fisher has over 25 years of financial, operations and general management experience working with public and private companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Fisher was a Senior Manager with a major national accounting firm and earned a BA Degree from The University of Maryland and an MBE from The University of California. Mr. Fisher is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California’s Society of CPA’s. |

Senior Vice President, Special Services and Government Liaison
After 20 years in the United States Secret Service, Mr. Alswang retired as the assistant to the special agent in charge of the New York office of the United States Secret Service. In his service he protected every U.S. president from Ronald Reagan to George W. Bush and also conducted protective advances for almost every major foreign head of state that visited the United States of America. Mr. Alswang began his career as a Police Officer in West Orange, New Jersey. Mr. Alswang graduated from William Paterson University with a BS in Public Safety Administration and completed a MA in Criminal Justice at City University of New York’s John Jay School of Criminal Justice. |

Gary Egan is a law enforcement professional with 27 years experience with the Newark Police Department. Gary retired as the commanding officer (Captain) of the South Police District. He holds 14 years of security services management with extensive Asset Protection, Investigation experience and Executive Protection, specializing in aviation and corporate security environments. Gary is an active member of ASIS and numerous law enforcement organizations and a New York State, and New Jersey State certified security guard instructor and former Police Academy instructor. |

Martin Davis began his career with SOS Security back in 1989 as a Part Time security officer. During Martin’s several years he was able to rise through the ranks of Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain. Martin began to expand his business knowledge in all aspects of the security industry. His dedication and performance lead him to a Branch Manager position and within a couple of years a Regional Manager, handling several branches within NJ and PA. Martin was given the opportunity to head up the HR Department for SOS Security Incorporated. At this level Martin was able to get involved in benefits, unemployment, workers compensation, EEOC, and a litany of other Human Resource functions. Currently, Martin is in Chicago, Illinois where he is the Senior Vice President reporting directly to the CEO. |

James Ventola holds a B.A. Degree from Keane University, 28 years experience in Law Enforcement, including Detective for Newark Police, Detective for Essex County Prosecutors Office and Special Agent for the United States Secret Service. Assigned to the Newark field Office – Shift Leader, Assistant Detail Leader and Presidential Protective Division. James has 10 years experience in Private Security Senior Management and is a New York State Certified Security Guard Instructor. |

George is a veteran of the HR field having been the Director of Human Resources for over 22 years at a large privately held, multi-location manufacturer where he dealt first hand with employee matters, as well as with the design and development of HR related metric reporting. Previous responsibilities include Director of Credit, Operations, Intellectual Property Management, Safety, Security, Building Maintenance, and twenty years in the field of Human Resources. George has a college degree from Montclair State University and is a member if the Society of Human Resource Management. |

Rosanne “ROE”
Manghisi
Ms. Manghisi a retired Captain from
the New Jersey State Police, a law enforcement
professional with 26 years of progressively responsible
law enforcement experience. Ms. Manghisi’s background
reflects accomplishments in special operations,
investigations, intelligence, undercover operations,
security operations, training, policy and executive
management. Prior to her retirement, she was a captain
in the Special Operations Section and Emergency
Management Section of the Homeland Security Branch. Ms.
Manghisi also served as the Chief of Staff to the
Superintendent. She has had a diverse career within the
State Police and has been cited numerous times for her
undercover work in both Organized Crime and Narcotics.
She is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds
a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University
and Thomas Edison State College.
Ms. Manghisi serves as Vice
President for Corporate Security Services at the SOS
Security Incorporated Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

William
G. Turner
Retired from The New Jersey State Police, Bill is a law
enforcement professional with 26 years of progressively
responsible law enforcement experience. His background
reflects accomplishments in the areas of law enforcement
operations, administration, investigations, evidence
management, and executive protection. Prior to his
retirement, he was the Unit Supervisor of the Evidence
Management Unit with overall management and authority
for the State’s Evidence and the State’s Laboratory
Information Management System. Bill also served as the
assistant to the Chief of Staff and was responsible for
the Executive Protection Unit of the Superintendent and
his staff. Bill also held positions in the narcotics
and organized crime bureaus and has received numerous
awards for his investigative accomplishments. Bill
serves as an Account Manager in the North Jersey
Branch.
Don L. Hubbard
Member of SOS Board of Directors
Mr. Hubbard is a graduate of Wake Forest University and
has graduate degrees from Coppin State College and the
University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Society
of Former Special Agents of the FBI, the American
Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), the International
Security Management Association and the Security
Executive Council.
Prior to those security positions, he spent nine years
as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent in the
Federal Bureau of Investigation. In his last assignment,
he was Supervisory Senior Resident Agent in Wilmington,
Delaware. Prior to the Bureau, he was a Commissioned
Officer in the U.S. Army's Military Police Corps.
Formerly, he was Staff Vice President, Security for
Trans World Airlines. He was also President of
International Aviation Security, Inc., a wholly owned,
1400-employee subsidiary of TWA, which provided security
services to 15 airlines and 3 airports at 21 locations
throughout Europe and the Middle East. His previous
positions include Manager of Corporate Security for
Howard Hughes' Summa Corporation, and Vice President of
Security and Administration for Playboy Enterprises.
While at Playboy Enterprises he was one of two Operating
Executives in the casino operation in the United
Kingdom. He assisted in the divestiture of that
operation and then became Managing Director of the
Playboy subsidiary which operated a gaming casino in
Nassau, The Bahamas.
He consulted in the areas of general risk, asset
protection and security for a wide array of the firm's
clients covering virtually every industry.
Don Hubbard is the former Managing Director, Global
Security for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Network of
firms, where he managed a comprehensive security
program. Elements of the security program included
physical security, information security investigations,
travel security, personnel security, investigations
regarding matters both internal and external to the
Firm, forensic accounting investigations, business
continuity and crisis management planning, and security
awareness.

Scott Israel, President
Scott Israel is a
partner with the G6 Investigative Team. In 2004,
Mr. Israel was honored to be named Chief of
Police of North Bay Village. He immediately

Jim
Scarberry, Chief Operating Officer
Jim
Scarberry is a 35 year veteran of South
Florida law enforcement; serving 27
years with the City of Miami Beach,
retiring as Assistant Chief of Police in
1999. Chief Scarberry gained extensive
police experience as he advanced thru
the ranks and assignments with the MBPD.
He excelled as an undercover narcotics
detective in the 1980’s, conducting
numerous large-scale narcotics
investigations. He has extensive
contacts with local, state, and federal
law enforcement partners.
In 1999,
the City of Hollywood conducted a
national search for a Police Chief. Jim
Scarberry was aggressively recruited and
eventually selected by the City
Manager. He served the City for over 8
years, elevating a troubled and
tumultuous police department to one that
is now State Accredited and respected
throughout the law enforcement
profession.
As Chief
of Police with Hollywood, he served on
the Executive Boards of the South
Florida HIDTA, South Florida Money
Laundering Strike Force, and the Broward
County Chiefs of Police Association. He
was selected as Chairman for both of the
task forces and President of the BCCPA.
In
addition to his outstanding operational
skills, the Chief’s role in two high
profile City’s has provided him with
great experience dealing with public and
private officials as well as the media.
He has managed and administered two
agencies with 50 million dollar plus

Radenko
(”Randy”) Stefanovic, Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Stefanovic is an entrepreneur, a
technological visionary, corporate
strategist, business developer,
consultant, and business owner. He has

roles. He has 29 years of leadership
and management experience. His first
management challenge was as a U.S. Naval

operations in Beirut, Persian Gulf and
Central America. He later resigned from
