SOS maintains an experienced and very professional Emergency Response Team. We have provided reliable emergency coverage for many clients in the telecommunication, utility, entertainment and pharmaceutical industries.

In addition to assigning a Emergency Security Manager, SOS will cross-train the security staff to provide seamless communication among the security personnel and greater responsiveness in the event of an emergency or special coverage situation. Moreover, we would be able to achieve centralization, standardization and streaming of security procedures and policies, resulting in a quality upgrade of all facets of our security partnership.
 

In order to ensure rapid response to all of our clients we have developed a tactical response solution. SOS’s ability to maintain Tactical/Field Units comprised of a select group of ranking security that are cross-trained and multi-functional is of critical importance to maintaining a viable security program. Upon learning of an unexpected need, our dispatchers can identify the previously trained reserve officers and dispatch the officers to the site. Our ability to communicate, via pager, hand-held radio and/or cellular phone and transport personnel with our patrol and inspection vehicles ensures a rapid and effective response to any situation.
