In addition, specific training emphasizes dealing with trespassers and property damage identification, and graffiti. Proprietary internal customer service training equips officers to provide caring, authoritive but non-confrontational support to deescalate and resolve potential situations.
What’s more, proprietary GPS tracking and real-time reporting tool tracks the location of any security officer holding a site cell phone within two feet of their location, and enables security officers to send daily shift reports electronically.
