In January, while working at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Officer Felton noticed a woman walking with a cane while standing in line for a movie. He instead had her and her family sit nearby and escorted them inside when time. After the movie, he was there with a wheelchair and tips on how to best explore the museum. Later, the woman wrote a letter praising Officer Felton, “He treats the memorial and its guests/visitors with the utmost respect and clearly, expects the same from them as it should be. Please be sure to pass along our sincere thank you to Felton for making our visit above and beyond what we ever expected it to be.”

According to NYC Regional Manager Juan Isales, “Officer Felton takes a great deal of pride in his job and honoring 9/11. He is always professional and polite to any visitor and provides a positive experience to thousands of guests that visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum every year. It’s a great pleasure to have an employee of his caliber working for SOS Security. He is always engaged, alert and looks sharp every day in uniform and we look forward to his future contributions.”
